Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping:
If your order has already been packed and posted, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return it for a refund. Our cancellation policy requires cancellation within 3 hours of ordering.
If you recieve the wrong order, or the item breaks in transit, we sincerely apologize and please email us immediately.
For incorrect items: Please return the incorrect item to our address, including a note with your order number, and we will send you the correct product. We will also refund your return postage.
If it arrives broken or damaged:
We will send you a replacement. Please contact us with your order details to arrange this. We will require photos of the package how it arrived and the damaged item within 72 hours of it arriving. Please send that to contact@haveasol.com
Refund Policies (applies to everything but vintage pieces, for info on vintage see below)
Unworn and completely unused pieces (except for earrings and body jewelry) can be returns or exchanged within 14 days of arriving. See eligibility requirements below.
Items can be returned if found to be damaged or broken upon arrival and must be submitted within the first 72 days of arriving. If this is the reason for returning, please email contact@haveasol.com for further instruction.
If an item breaks within 14 days of arriving, please email contact@haveasol.com to arrange an exchange or possible refund.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance include custom pieces, earrings, body jewelry, sale items, and gift cards.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and untarnished.
- Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
- All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
- All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.
Handmade Pieces:
All items can be returned if damaged or broken within the first 14 days of arriving.
Since each item is made with natural shells, gems, and pearls, please note your piece may not look exactly as in the picture (unless you are ordering the exact piece in the picture which, in that case will be noted in the description). This is also not a reason we can accept refunds/returns.
Be sure to thoroughly review all product details, materials, sizing information, condition, and verify all shipping details before placing an order as orders cannot be canceled or refunded for these listed reasons.
Vintage Pieces
All sales on vintage pieces are final. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your piece arrives broken due to shipping, have any issues or are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at contact@haveasol.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to find a solution, but please be advised that refunds and returns may not always be accepted with vintage pieces. If a return request is accepted the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs/fees.

Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been shipped, unless the request is made within 3 hours of placing the order. If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, we will process a full refund.
For orders that have already been shipped, we do not accept cancellations. If a customer claims to have canceled their order but still receives the product, they are responsible for returning the item in its original condition for a refund.
In cases where a customer disputes a charge with their bank without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of the transaction and shipment. If the customer receives a refund from their bank without returning the product, they are obligated to return the item or reimburse us for the cost.
